We started Adsery because the agency we needed didn't exist.

I ran in-house buying at a Tier-1 sportsbook from 2017 to 2020. Every quarter we'd brief the same agencies, read the same creative deck, sign the same retainer, and watch the same accounts get suspended on day 9.

So in 2021 we built what we wished we could hire: a buying desk built around how iGaming actually behaves — operationally, regulatorily, technically. No retainer fluff, no junior hand-off, no creative outsourcing. Performance is the deliverable. Everything else is overhead.

Are we a marketing agency or an affiliate?

Neither in the conventional sense. We are a buying desk — your operator pays for media we run on your domains, with your tracking, against your KPIs. Players are yours from acquisition. We are not affiliates and we do not earn revshare on player lifetime.

Will you work with unlicensed operators?

No. We require valid license documentation in every market we activate. This is not a moral statement — it's an operational one. Unlicensed buying does not survive the first month at the spend levels we operate.

How do you handle account suspensions on Meta / Google?

We treat suspensions as a managed risk, not a crisis. Workflow includes verified BM rotation, pre-staged creative cohorts, immediate reactivation pathways with platform reps where we hold them, and a full disaster-recovery protocol that keeps spend live across surfaces while individual accounts cycle.

What does the pilot really cost?

There is no agency fee in the pilot. You pay media-at-cost (we pass it through, no margin) plus an agreed CPA on delivered FTDs. If we deliver zero, you pay zero (besides the underlying media). Everything is contracted in a 4-page MSA — we'll send a redacted sample on request.

Can I see your tracking stack before we sign?

Yes. We do a 45-min stack walkthrough during discovery — server-side architecture, CAPI implementation, postback design, BI layer. We will not share code, but we will share enough for your own engineering team to validate the approach.

Do you have references I can call?

Yes — once we are mutually under NDA. We can introduce you directly to 3–5 active operators on a similar profile to yours. Most of our work is reference-able; a small number of contracts are not.

What happens after 21 days?

A written readout. A clear recommendation. A continue/close decision in your hands. We have closed pilots and parted on good terms — that's a feature of how we work, not a bug. ~70% of pilots continue into Tier 03.
